Well, this is a disappointing morning. Thought I had done well and followed plan all week, guess not. Back to the drawing board.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there Miss Mae. Maybe you lost inches? Have been working out and built some muscle? Weight can fluctuate so very easily but I know how very disappointing it is not to see the scale reflect our hard work. Look back over your week. Anything jump out at you...Any adjustments you can make for this week? Stay on course dear, Keto is working for you! You're doing great! ❤️

Hey it's not always linear. Sticking with it pays off eventually but sometimes in lurches and jolts. Your example in this inspires me!

Keep going one day at a time. I too have a week where I have gained but now I do not look at it as something that I did wrong. It could just be that you retained some water or had not rid your body of waste yet. Try weighing yourself before and after you use the bathroom and you will see a difference on the scale. Good luck

My weight graph is "scallops" but it's on a definitely a downward trend. Logging my weight every day has shown me that forward progress is a marathon, not a sprint.

As GoodHeartGreatMind said this could simply be the case of waste elimination. After my recent abdominal surgery I was fasting for 4 day inadvertently and then they took out part of my insides and I was only a pound down. 🤷🏻‍♀️Then when everything went whoosh and started grinding away again another 4 pounds finally came off (or out, LOL) 🤦🏻‍♀️so it's not forever! 💁🏻
