Well, I officially hate this dead zone... My own fault, the last 2 weeks have been tough to stick to the intake levels, probably time to shock my system..
Still seeing some progress, and still know I am not exercising, so I know there is room to improve..
Sort of proud of myself for being able to kick sweet tea and soda completely - thats a big win. Also being conscious of calories will help when I get to "maintenance" mode..
If I was to be a betting man, my guess is that the lower intake is probably the reason for the stall, but I am stubborn - logically, I can't justify raising my intake without increasing my activity, and so begins the dance -
