Well, after a reality lesson that this ISN'T easy, and a pep-talk/comment from a friend, I've got a renewed attitude.

The weekend was typical, running round chicken head cut off chasing kids sports kind of weekend, complete with a healthy dose of sitting on my ass, and a side of 10hrs of driving, but wouldn't trade it for the world..

Food wise was pretty tame, trying to build back up my intake to "kickstart" my fat burners, and in the meanwhile I might as well start exercising, since I've been talking about it for like 2 months!, ok, maybe 1, but seems like forever... So long, my metabolism has not come out to see it's shadow just yet..

Oh, and I need to take my picture with a 20lb bag of purina, need to capture the hallmark moment and say goodbye to the first 20....

38"'ers are still lose, not quite into the 36"ers but soon....
