I am wearing my fitbit again and the weather is cooperating, so this upward trend will end today!

Moved my daughter into a new place this weekend and we will be working on making it her own. It's tough though because she is renting from a friend who is having a hard time giving up the space to her. Time will tell - she is going to look for a different place anyway since the friend's situation is touch-and-go.

Also working on my own home embracing the new challenge of truly being an empty-nester. Both of my children are off on their own and I really can just have only my things in my space. Now all I have to do is figure out what those things are going to be!
163.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
