Back to my weight that I was at over a year ago. Whoo! 156 lbs ! A year of stress eating had me 20lbs from my lowest weight of 140 last year. I am going to get back to 140 or below! I am not going to let my sweet tooth rule me! Stress or NO stress!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
