I am a mother of 2 boys and have been struggling with my weight for some time now. Since having my youngest I have been on a never ending Yo-Yo. Going up more then down in my weight. I got to my highest weight at 175 lbs. I lost down to 150lbs- kept it off for a year. Then last year I got down to 140 lbs. Then I lost a dear friend- got depressed stopped working out, then my husband and I had major changes at work- which became very stressful. I regained 20 lbs since JULY - bringing me to 161 lbs.

In the past I had used ISAGNIX to lose weight and it worked for me however it is expensive. I am now trying to lose weight, by doing weight watchers with some friends from work. So far I have been pretty successful- losing 8lbs in 2 weeks. Today I have made it to 153 lbs- which is 1 lb lower than my original start weight over a year ago on FS. I am working on a lifestyle change - I want to be healthier.

I have been very concerned with my weight since my grandfather was diabetic and my mother is currently diabetic. My mother is now in kidney failure and having issues with congestive heart failure. I know that if I do not monitor my weight I could have the same issues.

So I have decided to lose weight and get into shape- so my boys -will not have to worry - like I do about my MOM. I want to be around to see my grandchildren.

I just pick something that is like what I have made. It is just my best estimate of what I have eaten, but better than not knowing at all. I mean my recipe and the one I choose may not be exactly the same but it puts me in the ball park. Then if others look at my diet they can get anidea of exactly what I am consuming.Does this help !

RDI Confusion
I have seen qa lot of people ask this RDI question. One person suggested going to the Web MD site and finding out your RDI and then setting it yourself.

I have been there as well- keep moving and eventually - more muscle means more weight loss- good luck !!

How do you delete an exercise
I have had the same problem. I just ried changing the time to zero - but tit did not allow that either. So I just gave up. No stress-just subtract the amount form your total yourself and mark that it is some of your exercise. I know I am not much help - but would like to know how to fix it if it happens again myself.
