Out of town over the weekend only gained 1 lb ( plus started my cycle- so hopefully that is just bloating). It is really hard to keep track of calories when you are out of town. I was at a workshop - where they had food out at every break-I had to really look at my options. Hopefully this week - I will lose another couple pounds.

There are apps available for iphone/ipod touch, ipad, and droid based smart phones for this site that may help tracking while on the road.

Thanks - I have this site on my cell phone - however - I sometimes have a hard time finding exactly what I am eating and HOW much. I try to judge by eyesite, but I know I am off.
