Ok. So here I sit at this weight. I am so thankful that I am not gaining. I am so thankful that I know how to maintain. However, I would like to loose these last 10 lbs! What is the secret? I simply don't have the time or opportunity to "kill it" at the gym everyday. Is that the only way to get this weight off? Any thoughts anybody? Shouldn't a good size calorie deficit be enough to loose something...even very slowly?
166.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
