This is the first time that one of my kids has had a birthday and I have eaten some of their cake with them (since trying to loose weight). I have always felt that if I had a slice I wouldn't be able to control myself or that it would completely undo what I was trying to accomplish (weight wise). I felt really good to be able to know how many calories were in my piece and eat it and enjoy that piece with my son. Yay!!! And happy 3rd birthday to my son. :)
