A very pleasing drop of 4.1 lbs for the week, despite this virus disrupting my healthy eating so badly. From now on, I'll log just my weekly weight, although I'll continue to check it daily myself. Also off to the doctor this morning to get some meds, after yet another terrible night of coughing on the sofa. Hope everyone else is well.
265.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
