I only lost a pound this week so I have 2 more to go to meet my goal weight. I did however, lose 2 inches overall this week. So I cant complain.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Only? Come on! 😊 Well I say Kudos to YOU! It's not easy to lose a pound and you did it🎉 Bet you the next time you weigh yourself you'll have lost more than you thought.

I think so as well because I drank a lot of water today. Then when I dont a lot of water during the day and I weigh myself, I have lost more than before. So tomorrow since its saturday, I will re-weigh and see.
