2.6 that's it? I QUIT.

Sorry, I am trying to close the gap between where I am and where I want to be and I am a little impatient. Come on you disgusting fat, melt away already!!!!

Thanks phil for that side pose profile update. This is one of my favorite posses I do after a chest session but I still have a few layers of fat covering up my pecs.... I got this!!!!

Happy Monday

You do have this! I understand the impatience but still a nice drop.

I'm doing my part! I helped you close the distance by consuming 4000 calories on Saturday. I'm 208.2 (again). There's a photo finish 🏁 in our immediate future! Let's go Ches!

Thanks all. It is getting really, really tough. This discipline crap is for the dogs.

You are doing fabulous! It gets much more challenging over the longterm and as you close in on the goal weight!

Better get used to the discipline as a way of life, Ches, or you'll end up back where you started. But you KNOW this, and don't need me to tell you. 2.6 is a GREAT drop, and a payoff for said discipline.

Very wise, Kes.

Great drop, Ches! I hear you on the discipline thing. You are closing that gap. Keep going, buddy.

I wrote in my journal about the lack of discipline I had while on vacay. Wish I had more of it while there. There was no excuse for the way I ate. Just because is not one. As I said earlier, you got this. Stay strong.

1.2 kilos in a week and now it's quitting time? Surely you must be joking? That's awesome. There is just no easy way to get to goals unfortunately. You are so close, so don't lose focus. Think about why you started this journey in the first place.

Look at that...amazing Ches.

You're playing the long game, the short-term is a lot of fun to see who can get to goal fastest, but it's only the beginning. 5:2 is a great way to instill the patience you need; ok, I can't eat this today, but tomorrow will be alright. I suggest extending the time, instead of having it tomorrow today, aim for next week or next month. You got this brother, look at how far you've already come!

I get your frustration. It's not worth quitting over, though. Every pound lost is a pound closer to being fit & healthy.

Without discipline, you bounce the same water weight up and down for weeks. You are making real progress, here!

(Well, I should say that is my experience.)

Ha ! Ches I know the feeling! You are doing such a great job, keep it up!!

Thanks all all for your support. By the way, I am not a quitter, just a little hard on myself at times. Too much at stake to quit. Winning the race to 200 comes 2nd to my main focus of achieving my 1st goal of 200 lbs(I will take a new profile picture then and get a new goal weight). This is a priority. Looking forward to buying some new clothes because I look funny in these huge clothes. Onward!
