Blood tests this week, then doctor visit next week. Hopefully the progress I have made will show in test results. If not, at least I can now get into the smaller sizes in my closet!
135.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
