gooood sunday morning.. i guess 2 days of not seeing any release of weight was just a test to see if i would stick to my plan ..an i passed the test...an today i have results..guess it pays to buy smaller jeans an hang em in front to look at everytime you open the closet..lol

I did ride yesterday, and put in some fast riding to get my respiration maxed for a while - a little HIT. I'll do it again today, between rain showers.

i try an do an hit ride most days...an even the days i dont try an do it...it just happens...lol..the hit rides will help to increase the speed of your rides an build your leg muscles up

i have same problem erika..alot of flab to be boucing around tryin to run or jog...so riding is easier on all my parts...
