no loss again today..good morning fs...no loss on the scales however the pants are fitting better...was raining when i got up..so no ride today...went to walmart today..just to get it over an bout a pair of 38...i got home an tried em on...still have long ways to go on them...waist looks like it would fit..but legs are to big to come close...so keep wearing the 40s even though they seem to be getting bigger on me...they even feel bigger..an i noticed there like an inch in the front where they botton...so weight is comin off..even if scales are taking a break...have lost 8.2 pounds this month so its been a great month for releasing weight an months not over yet...

well first cup of tea is gone...

ty doobrie..i did try to get the 38s on yesterday...but my upper legs are just to big still...more flab has to be released...however the waist looks like they will fit...
