Able to get around a little better so have been walking farther, little dog is happy! Got into a pair of dressy work type capris that haven't fit in 2 years this morning, yeah!
221.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
