Omg....Im so happy. 2.2 with just changing my eating plan.But will start my walking this week.sooo hopping for a bigger difference next week. All the knowledge and support I get from MyFat Secret buddies has pulled me though.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2.2kg is a massive drop. The initial weight loss is alot of water weight so don't feel upset if you lose lesser weight in the future. every little bit counts :)
