:) Never been happier! Seeing the drop makes the effort worth it! Keeps me motivated going into the weekend, when we all know its easy to give in to treats.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
