I have cut down on my carbs and cut out all carbonated drinks. I am not sure why i am still gaining weight.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Have you cut down on calories? Are you tracking all your food? Are you staying hydrated? Are you being active? Weight loss is based on many factors but it still goes back to you have to eat less and move more. You might need to play around with your calories to see what helps you lose. Keep trying different things. I believe tracking is one of the most important tools to weight loss. We tend to eat more than we think we do when we track in our heads. Good luck!

For my height, current weight and my goal weight I have to stay in the 1,200 calorie range. I am going to keep playing around with what I eat and see if I can get back down some. Thank you.

Most laxatives are bad news so I would avoid them. Going low carb has messed up my digestive system something awful. I bought some Walmart brand care one natural fiber capsules and started taking them a few days ago. Things are finally starting to happen. It's so frustrating. Lol good luck

Hi Smnewby, if you'd like, send me your numbers and how active you are on a regular day and I'll check it out for you. You might be too low on calories. I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but raising your calories might do the trick!

Citrucel is working for me. LCHF is non conducive to a easily flowing gut. lol. Just make sure to stay hydrated. And DONT overdo it with the fiber supplements. You don't need a public blow out. LOL O_o

I am not very active, I go for walks and do things at home ( Squats, sit ups, push ups) I will try fiber supplements. I am thinking about making green smoothies to see if that will help.

Looking back on my timeline when I weighted in just in October I was down to 189lb and only having 14lbs to reach my goal of 175 lbs. Now I am up to 209 lbs and my goal seems unreachable:(

Like they mentioned above. Make sure you are logging EVERYTHING!!!! Re-evaluate for your current weight. And then you may want to think about incorporating IF into your plan.

focus on what you want to achieve..an keep your food journal up to day...that way if you mess up...you can look back an tweak what your eating.

when I didn't log my food I stalled horribly. so I really recommend a food scale (cheap on amazon.com) and looking everything BEFORE you eat it. also for poop lol there is dancer tea... and a drink called natural calm. they get you moving without anything harsh. and make sure you the proper amount of water... most times when you're hungry you are really just thirsty. keep walking .. try leg weights... it's not unattainable, don't get that in your head... it's just a set back. you can do this!

Thanks, I do need to keep better track of what I eat. I will try the dancer tea and see if it helps my movement. I greatly appreciate everyones feed back. It takes a village to raise a child and a community to uplift each other to stay motivated. Thank you:)
