I lost 50 pounds before. Failed on maintenance. I know how to lose but not how to stay skinny lol.

I have spine and joint issues so I can only do some work outs. Also endometriosis that causes severe pain and limits my mobility, causes horrid fatigue,... really the list of symptoms is so long and I'm sure no one actually cares.

I'm married to a pretty damn supportive guy. We've been togther since 2010. We have 3 boys, 17, 13, and 5 years old. We also have 3 dogs, 2 are maltese shih tzu's one is 15 and the other is 13 years old. Now we have a foster to adopt dog who is a husky/lab/carolina dog mix. She is 2 years old.
