I feel good. Met my goal of 279 by Monday a day early. The gym isn't open today so I will plan to be back in on Monday. I hope to meet my goal of 277 by Dec 1 early. I want to be to 275 by the 28th of November. Go away fat!
279.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 134.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
