Slowly getting there, but my wedding & engagement rings often 'swim' on my finger, especially when it is cold. Just had to buy smaller trousers, too - not a cheap exercise. Not going to complain too much, though. I feel so much better and can move around faster, too. What did that super slim model say? "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels"? I often think of her words. I'm nowhere near 'skinny', and never will be, but I have to remember that the delicious piece of chocolate gateau, or the extra-large serving of curry, will only last such a short time compared with the extra 'weight' it will provide. I simply can't go back. It simply wasn't worth it.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 65.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
