Very happy with myself......started on 29 March 2016 with 112.3....and now on 29 April 2016 with 105.8.......it was a hard month with lots of trauma and ups and downs.....but Im getting there. Pushing to reach my 99kg goal.......

Thank you to my biggest supporter and right hand....God without you I would not have come this far...

AND thanks to all the awesome support from this group.....you guys are the best motivators and friends one could ever have........

233.2 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb. Still to go: 34.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Im very proud. And for more motivation my husband gave me my 7 year anniversary present 3 days early.....he bought me Dixon Mp4 player with a pedometer. Just comes to show even my husband is proud of the effort Im putting in to lose this weight. Hopefully by the end of next week I will fit back into my size 18 pants....all 7 brand new ones that have been stuck in cupboard
