Thanks for your notice I did want to say that I've noticed you've lost quite a bit of weight yourself you're going in the right direction keep up the good work about one of your earlier post the walking does get easier I think back in November I was barely doing 3000 steps a day now I'm doing more like 20 thousand steps a day it comes with patience
