So, I've been doing the intermittent fasting deal the past few days. I have my breakfast at noon and finish eating for the day by 8 at night. I'm not sure if it's hunger or boredom, but I just went ahead and planned/logged my meals for the day. I'm thinking I may make this part of my daily routine. That way I won't have any surprises and won't find myself in a panic later on trying to figure out what the heck to eat and stay in range. This gal needs structure to succeed!
Bonus... the anticipation of knowing I'm having my super yummeh unstuffed peppers for dinner tonight has me super stoked!

Oh it is! Atkins hasn't stopped me from getting down with all my favorite meals. I've done a lot of tweaking on things and eating my carb friendly foods is always a treat.

IF seems to be what I like also. It does seem like you know what you are doing here. I know it is about impulse control, and just sticking to the plan each day. You have a great day, just be glad you are young, and not an old fart like me. lol I'm just happy I woke up this morning. Very late too! lol
