I'm tracking my fiber intake....why? Poop calls for it. I've been following the 21 day fix workout and meal plan and frankly love it. So how I am not getting enough fiber is simply baffling -- 6 cup servings each day. And how I am not getting in enough water is beyond me (124 fl oz each day). I don't get it.

So any suggestions?

I add a spoon of the powder to my coffee every morning or my water .. you know the tasteless kind , that with regular exercise, and Im super regular now and gotta say loving it (sorry TMI I know). How's the 21 day diet? My chiro recommended it and I want to get it but want some "real" opinions.

Scale back on the fiber but keep up the water?

Well if you have had a recent drastic change in diet, that could be it. It's crazy how you can get enough fiber and still have problems isn't it. Maybe it's the replacement shakes. protein can cause constipation. Not sure if I would scale back the fiber. It' depends on the reason for constipation. If you have increased your protein a lot, you might want to scale it down a little. I can't do Atkins because of the high protein. I have to modify it.
