I am really happy with this loss. I have kept to 16:8 and had one fast day on Wednesday, I have also tried to eat more veg than usual. Thank you everyone for advice and support! Lets keep it clean for the weekend ahead.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
