goooooood mornin...kept up an movin yesterday ...ended up doing a 3.75 mile morning walk...then kept up an moving ended up with 8300 steps for the day...use to do 2x that on some days...them early 36 degree mornings make it hard to get in the mood...but plan on gettin in another morning walk about 8 or so once the sun comes up an starts to warm the day up...just hard to find the time to do exercise every day...but need to keep at it...a walk this morning then grocery shoppin...then hopefully another afternoon walk...get in a 2 aday walking habit ...well...need to make the bed, eat breakfast an get with the program...have a great one..
286.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
