gooooooooood mornin...had a 10,225 in steps yesterday..first time in a very long time i had that many steps...did a 4.13 mile walk yesterday morning...that by its self was 8988 or so in steps...then went outta town for the rest of the day and that added more steps on...had buffet for lunch...and i didnt even stop to make the best choices..just went with what i wanted to eat and most of my choices were good....its just a meal...not the end of the world...todays a new day with being back in my own envirnment and better choices...the plan today is to do a morning walk, then the store that i didnt do yesterday, an then walmart hopefully all before lunch...yes a busy morning...get it done an over with for the week...should be another 10,000 step day...im finding that my morning walks are something to look forward to each morning...since ive started waiting till the sun gets up and the cold isnt as bad to take ...not really looking forward to winter this year...but feel like mabye i can stick with my morning walks better...i am usually registered and in a gym by now, but this year my plans are to keep walking thru winter and to do my best at sticking to a plan....time will tell how that works out for me...have a great one ...
