Week is going good. I think that I have less weight loss on days that I work. I don't really understand that but I will go with it. I only work 4 days every 2 weeks so I can make it work. Feeling good. I have some projects going for the kids. I need to pick up the pace on house work.
292.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 147.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
