Could be just water weight.

Try drinking more water, if you don't already do that.

I do know that my water was not the best this week. Thanks for the encouragement. I really appreciate it.

Could it be muscle weight that you are gaining? If clothes fit better that's ALWAYS a good thing! You can do it. Keep up the good work!

Don't get discouraged. When I'm hungry, I try to stop and think for a minute... and look forward to my target weight, to slender and firmer YOU. Drink a cup of water if I need to slow down my calorie intake... And keep making the right choices... Not saying that I don't have bad days... just sharing what works for me...

Your carbs aren't terrible, but could see some improvement. Get back to basics and keep your macros in check, the weight will drop! Don't feel discouraged, you're not in a race.

GOOGLE an article titled, "Why the Scale Lies" and you will learn about the normal fluctuations. Use a tape measure to see your progress - I bet you have lost inches.

Since you fit in clothes that were tight at one time...I would say that is great progress....non scale Victory...Keep Believing!!!
