I'm a mother of two and recent GRAMMA. 45 years young who has struggled with my weight since I was at Weight watcher at 13. But seeing myself at 278 was enough to scare me. My life style has changed since January 10/16 My goal is below 160
My exercise is walking to a Nutri system in home CD
My reasons are strong .......I want to be healthier and live well to be a better Mother and Daughter
LCHF is the life style for us

This still would not be possible with the aid and support of my Dad
Bad news I hit my goal weight of 156 but I gained most of my weight back. I am back to get my life on track again

Cerobit.....My Dads who is 63 had cholesterol and refused a STatin and it is perfect ...so is mine....Cholesterol is what we require right from breast milk. This is not what is killing us. Its he killer ingredients in our food.

Intermittent Fasting and how I lose my weight
I have done IF for 7months.....week days I do 16:8....never have breakfast just the bullet coffees....heavy cream, tsp of butter, tsp of coconut oil....that tides me till lunch, (stevia if desired)....I Don't eat after 6 on Fridays and restart on Monday after lunch. The weekends we don't eat we still have bullet coffee 4 at most. Lots of water. Every morning we make a sole...which is Himalayan salt mixed with spring water. Add 2 tbsp of that to a glass of water and squeeze half a lemon. These sole as they call it curb the appetite and clean out bad sodiums and metals in the body. I swear by this I was 267 lbs at my biggest 2 yrs ago and now I am 176.....This has helped my diabetic Dad my ADHD teenager and my in active Aunt at 70 yrs old........No diabeties anymore....blood pressure stable. We eat 20% carbs, 20% protien the rest is goood Fat
