goooooooood mornin...kept up an moving most of yesterday...went to the city park and walked around it almost 2.5 miles..hills and just a different walking routine...then came home for lunch an raked leaves for 30 min...still more to fall..but just so nice yesterday before the rain moved thru last night that i wanted to get another outside workout in...not sure whats in store for today...besides more rain on the way...its grocery store day, but not alot on my list...and yes...i finally got the scales to move again....been stayin off the bread even though its been callin my name...guess it will just be a challenge for me to keep up with each day....have a greatttttttttttt one..



MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
10. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
286.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thanks bren and everyone for all the support over the last several days...i read the support, but just dont take the time to sit in front of the puter like i once did...the plan today had been to get a walk in...but rain has set in for the day looks like..soooooo...guess its a day of watchin it rain...

Good job on staying away from the bread and weight loss! Plus exercising instead of napping! ;-) I dont know why the weight comes on faster than it comes off! Hope it was a great one!

Great going loosin' - that scale is going down for you... if I go for a walk today it will be in the rain. Salt and constipating foods don't help things much, I used a lot of garlic salt in some cheap tomato sauce with basil. You are doing great... hope I can start losing like you loosin'... I have been so busy lately - have a good Wednesday...

THANKS EVERYONE....hitting my next mini goal is what i needed to see...its motivation to keep me focused an on track...especially with the winter months fast approaching...this is usually when i rejoin the gym...but gonna stay focused and keep my eyes on the end of the tunnel an the next mini goal....
