gooooooooood monday morning...weight is back down...to where its suppose to be...to much bread seems to do that to me...didnt do alot yesterday...just took the day off and rested...today its errands an rain is on the way with temps just in the 60s....so will be a cooler day...temps are getting cooler each day...was in the 80s yesterday but house seemed cold inside....well ...gonna make the bed an get this day started once again...have a great one..

Congrats on the weight loss! Bread does that to me too and I love it. I think I'm addicted to carbs and my true weakness. Bread, pasta, pizza - YUM-O! No such thing as a little bit! But, I've been able to stay away. Have you been doing pretty good on the exercise? Water?
