Walked around my block just 1 time today. Bone on bone arthritis in both knees, but I "2-caned" it and slow poked it around. Point is...I did it, I made it.
278.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 118.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done!You have inspired me .I weigh around the same as you ,and have difficulty walking due to knee and back pain.Today ,I will take that walk down the road and back! ☺

I understand what you are saying I have the same issue and all the doctors can say is I have to lose the weight to get them replaced! So good for you to do that and keep it up!
