Ha, chinese food is excellent for the water weight gain.

Chinese is one of my biggest weaknesses but I've noticed that if I approach it the right way, I can still eat it. The biggest thing that helps is drinking at least one glass of water before eating it and drinking water all through the meal in order to diminish the extra water weight.

I've been making my own chinese food! It's more work...definitely healthier!

When I go to the Chinese butter I have one plate without rice and one bowl of soup and I only do it once in a while. I did it today because my wife wanted to take me to lunch.

you just have to know what to eat. I have Chinese pretty often, never have a gain. I always get the house special soup or egg drop. the house special has all your meat and seafood and all low carb veggies. I just ask them to leave out the baby corn. chicken on a stick which is teriyaki chicken fried green beans and to die for the cream cheese spinach or cheese stuffed mushrooms.
