My lowest is a long time!!- down 17.8 pounds from all time worse of 192
174.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1825 kcal Fat: 72.82g | Prot: 88.57g | Carb: 209.09g.   Breakfast: Food Lion Fruit Rings Cereal, 2% Fat Milk. Lunch: Coburn Farms Natural Cheese Sharp Cheddar, Kraft Classic Caesar Dressing, Wellsley Farms Oven Roasted Turkey, Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber, Hard Chocolate Chip Granola Bars. Dinner: Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Navy Beans (Mature Seeds, with Salt, Cooked, Boiled), Banquet Meatloaf Meal. Snacks/Other: Lemon Juice with Water with a sodium jolt, Tap Water, Pepsi Diet Pepsi (20 oz), Borden American Cheese Singles, Great Value Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Pepsi Diet Pepsi (20 oz). more...
