I am middle-aged and was always fit up until 3 years ago. I have run nearly my entire life, and been active and a cyclist. I have had chronic foot and ankle issues, which along with Covid sidelined me. I'm ready to get back on track getting the PT and support I need in addition to losing weight and feeling good about myself again.

Welcome fellow Sparker! There's a Spark community group. I think you'll like this! Once I found the reports on the mobile app I was much happier as I used the nutrition one all of the time. I still can't find them on the web version. If you do let me know. Yes, I was a member of SP for over 10 years but I'm settling into my new village.

Intro
Another post Sparker. Nice to meet up with like-minded calorie and fitness tracking, no BS peeps! I was badjuju2 on SP. Happy to be here. Will miss the daily nutrition reports - but who knows maybe they'll add here one day. Or if they are here, please reply to where I can find. Hello Everyone!

NOOM?
If you want a 'coach' bugging you on the daily, and paying high fees and they decide the plan for you. Noom is for you. If you want to simply track your own food and exercise journey like in Spark this is better aligned. I'll miss the nutrition reports from Spark tho.
