Special weight in this morning, just because generally speaking, during the week-end, I usually gain back a bit of what I've lost during the week, but lo and behold! This Monday morning, I managed to lose a bit during the week end!

So a new record low for me. That's makes me feel like this will be a good week!

P.S. also managed to go to the pool and swim for 35-40 minutes (48 laps = 1,200 meters) good work out!
195.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
