Progress over the last 12 months. I'm almost there. If I can do it, you can too! I never thought I'd get here, yet here I am doing it. About 20 years of trying, finally. Have a great day. Time to move and groove.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 102.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Liv001 - I think I hit rock bottom. I couldn't walk from plantar faciatis and my heart rhythm irregularity made it so I couldn't walk from my car to the door. I was keto on and off. Before that. most of my life the stupid govt pushed lowfat low calorie. How evil that was. I was 120 back then and starving on low fat. NOW, I eat all the FAT I WANT! I don't fear it now that I know fat doesn't make me fat. going from keto to mostly carnivore really helped and keeping it simple! keto is great but too much cheese and fake bread. the keto flour and keto pancakes kept me craving sweets. SO, carnivore it is. I focus on meat and that's about it. I'll have a keto snack from time to time. If I'm feeling like I'm going to cheat badly, i can cook up a pack of BACON 🥓 😋 It stopped the craving almost every time. Realizing carbs were basically poison is what helped me. 🙃
