Diana1234 I’m not drinking any kind of alcohol in January. I think that is the difference for me. Also the holidays. You’ve got this!

Agreed about the alcohol. During the holiday, I like to splurge with cinnamon whisky but it’s 108 calories for 1/2 ounce!! 😳
