Weight loss is slowing a little, but I'm increasing my exercise a little every day. little by little. I'm trying to lose one pound a week now. I think I can do it. Since January 1, I'm down about 5 pounds. that's good. It's been a year of successful weight loss. I've created many new habits I can use the rest of my life to succeed. I've got mystery things in my freezer. I'm going to start dethawing 🤣. it's kind of fun. I don't log everything I eat. It's nice to know that I can eat and not be a slave to the numbers. I know I need to focus on protein rich food first. Then. I can add fats like cheese, avocado, and full fat yogurt. 😋 I always pair my lean proteins with a little fat.

I think it's time for me to get a new scale. 🤔 I want the body fat on it. I know it's not that consistent but it will give me a general idea. I know what my body comp was when I was about 45 pounds heavier, so. it might be interesting. I know my scale is about 3 pounds under too. not that it matters at this point. So, stay warm today! 19F in GA.
135.5 lb Lost so far: 94.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I too want a different scale. I have to research it. let us know what scale you purchase and if you like it. I am open to suggestions too, cuz there are so many types available.

Congrats on loss. Sounds like you are having a lot of fun during carnivore month. Did you start lifting? I think it would be fun to watch what changes happens on a smart scale..although a measuring tape also gives some indications

Liv I haven't changed a thing 🤣 carnivore month is what I've done mostly the last year. I haven't started lifting yet. I did clean out my living room so I can start. I've just been tired from bad sleep. I moved my exercise bike into my living room too. That all counts as weight lifting 🏋️‍♀️ i had my DEXA scan last October and I bought a scale that did body fat. It was very inconsistent but within 3 points or pounds of my DEXA. SO, FOR daily measurements, i don't think they are good. I think they might be good to check monthly 🤔 I might see if my gym has one. Then I can save my money for CLOTHES 😊
