Half a pound. I'll take it. waiting for that whoosh we all like 👍. my plantar faciatis has raised its ugly head with fire. I'm gonna have to cut back on walking and get my behind on my bike or gym! the struggle is real.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 75.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
