Weekly weigh in shows that I have gained 1 lb, but I am not discouraged. I am more determined than ever to get to my goal weight by my birthday (in July). I will just increase my exercise and choose my food wisely. I hope everyone has a great day (and weekend)! ❤️️
157.8 lb Lost so far: 101.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice attitude. One/two pounds is not a worry. I don't think the scales always register right, anyway--LOL. You are going to do it. Some days we gain a pound, other's we lose two. It's hard not to get discouraged, but with your attitude, wow--I know you will do it. You are so positive!

One to five pounds can just be water weight. You can handle it. Will be gone soon enough.

Yeah, as mentioned, it's likely water weight and so is nothing. Could be that you over did the sodium/salt before the weigh in. Weight goes up and a lot. Could also be waste, so don't neglect fiber, both soluable and insoluable.
