For 1/4 cup of Oceanspray dried cranberries, there are 33 carbs.....in a McDonald's apple cranberry salad, there are 34 carbs....hope that helps for comparison....

You could try MacroNutrientCalulator.com. You'll enter your calorie intake and then hit calculate, you can adjust by if you want to be high carb, moderate carb, lower carb, or really low carb...

Determining goal weight
I didn't mean that you would look disgusting at 125 btw, I just mean everybody's body is different per their muscle tone or bone mass, etc....so there isn't really a way to determine this, it's more what you think Smile

Oh boy, I don't know how anyone could answer this for you....I'm 5'6" and at 140 I was REALLY thin like you said, but I'm very muscular so I'll always weigh more than what I look, obviously at 125 I would look disgusting and I'm shorter than you. Maybe you should look more at your body fat % versus what your actual weight is??? I think the ideal % for women who are active but not weight lifter types is around 19-24%....
