I am a busy professional and a mom in my mid thirties . Though i am not obese I think I could be having the gene (?).
I am in a profession where I am free to give advice to others on weightloss .
But what they say " PRACTICE WHAT U PREACH " .So I made up my mind to practice what I preach and it starts with ME.

I am on fatsecret for the very reason that " IF I COULD HAVE DONE IT ALONE I WOULD HAVE DONE IT BY NOW " .

I have set myself minigoals for every month and thereafter maintainance

GOAL 1: 60kgs by February2014 ACHIEVED
GOAL 2: 58kgs by April 2014
GOAL 3: 55kgs by JUNE 2014 (my birthday)

hope to have a nice time with FS and happy loosing!!!
