Yeah, baby. Looks like tightening up just a bit really works. Discipline is my word of the day. 190 lb. Mini goal is coming at 182. 175ish is the big goal. Am I in the yellow?
190.0 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
