in 4 days lose 1.6g.. no alcohol , no junk food. proof : you can do it. target 69 or 70 kg for next great north run. gym started and running too.. good start..
183.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
