currently at 179 lbs and it feels great, it has been 20 yrs since i've been at this weight, don't know why its happening now; i've been procrastinating and giving up with many attempts to lose weight through the past 10 years, maybe the motivation to lose weight psychologically this time and being succesfull at it was having some type of concern/seriousness for my health it is amazing what we can do to improve our health if we really want to/ and get back on track when we totally ignore or don't want to care for our health.
