sometimes its not fun losing weight because you have to redo your wardrobe or buy new clothes.

thanks for the comments; i was thinking that i can't buy any clothes right now because if i lose another waist size i would have to return it and it would just be a waste of time and money? to try to find a new wardrobe right now. problem is that i was at a 36 waist for 10 years and thought it was permanent but nothing in life is permanent right? only if you want it that way.

its amazing how your body looks different when you lose weight; and you realize how ugly you were before you lost weight; you look at your old pictures and laugh and say did i really look that awful; bloated; and say to yourself when you were overweight wheres the fat? like in denial; its not in one spot its spread out evenly all over so you cant tell how fat you are but the scale does tell you the truth; you just look like a lump, this is how i describe how unhappy i was looking at myself in the mirror when i was overeight at 215 lbs and wondering why i looked so old, ugly, and horrible.

i bought a huge amount of clothes at waist size 36; probably the most amount of clothes in my life it is a real problem if i have to permanently discard all of it and get new ones.
